  1. Bistupur main market area, do not have toilets for public. USIL is not capable to remove encroachments in Bistupur close to Plant boundary wall. No footpaths for pedestrian in the company lease hold areas. Sakchi subji mandi is in a very bad shape. No efforts are made to enhance quality of vegetable market. No action plan to control air pollution. Factory pollution promote cancer and other diseases. Rain drops full of oil and grease.

  2. Jamshedpur is a planned town which has expanded expotentially. It’s infrastructure and cleanlinesss is of a very high standard and more importantly,it is maintained properly. If an airport is built there, it’s connectivity with rest of the country will get a boost. It is one of the top ten towns of India. The town is maintained by the Tatas and not the municipality.
