Jamshedpur, January 10: Tata Steel UISL teams, Prarup and Window, have received the prestigious ‘Excellent Award’ at the National Convention on Quality Concepts (NCQC) 2024, held virtually.
Team Window from Power Services Division presented a project titled “Reduction of Frequent Power Failure of Admin Building and More Time to Power Restoration.” Their efforts addressed challenges related to power supply interruptions and extended restoration times, enhancing reliability and operational efficiency.
Team Prarup from Technical Services tackled the project “Reduce the Difficulties in Tracing Underground Utility Route.” By innovating solutions to streamline the identification of underground utilities, they improved safety and reduced time delays during maintenance activities.
