Tata Steel UISL Jamshedpur: Potka MLA demands increase of water tanker to meet water crisis 

Jamshedpur, June 21: A meeting was organized under leadership of Potka MLA Sanjeev Sardar regarding the problem of drinking water and sanitation in the rural areas of Potka assembly constituency adjacent to Jamshedpur urban areas.

Along with this, a demand letter related to this was handed over to the Tata Steel UISL (formerly JUSCO) management.

Incidentally areas around Bagbera of Potka assembly has become a dry zone, and Tata Steel UISL management is supplying water here through tankers, but the number of tankers supplied in this scorching heat is enough.

In such a situation, residents have demanded to increase the number of tankers from Tata Steel UISL management.

Sanjeev Sardar said that to overcome the crisis of drinking water, a demand has been made to Tata Steel UISL management to increase the number of tankers, on which UISL has agreed. Along with this, a demand was also made for cleaning of drains and proper disposal of wastes before the monsoon and this work will also be completed soon.
