Jamshedpur: The Sinter Plant Team SP2 Nightingale of Tata Steel Jamshedpur has been honored with the prestigious ‘Par Excellence’ National Award at the National Convention on Quality Concept 2023 held in Nagpur. This marks the first time in the history of the Sinter Plant that a quality circle team has achieved such a high level of recognition. In the NCQC (National Convention on Quality Concepts), four awards are presented.
The ‘Par Excellence Higher Honor Excellence Merit Award’ has been bestowed upon this team. The facilitator Akshay, leader Sunita Kumari, members Ranjana Singh, Vidyottama Rani, Richa Kumari, Sweta Hansda, Ratan Kumar Mahto, and Mukesh Mishra are part of this accomplished team. The team expressed gratitude to the Sinter Plant Department, senior management, TQM Department, and extended heartfelt thanks to their families and friends for their unwavering support.
