Noamundi, April 6: Tata Steel Noamundi bagged six awards in different categories on the occasion of 15th Mines Environment and conservation week organized by Indian Bureau of Mines, Calcutta.
Tata Steel Noamundi Mines received first Prize In the group of A -one mines for overall allround best performance, A forestation, Crushing and in screening Mechanical beneficiation facility and water cycling and in dust separation it got the 2nd position. This year, IBM inspected CSR activities of the Noamundi Iron Ore Mines.
The Prizes were received by Tata Steel Noamundi Mines chief Debashish Jena and Noamundi Mazdoor Union Secretary in Calcutta.
