Jamshedpur, September 4: Along with the bonus agreement of Tata Steel, the bonus agreement of the employees of the company’s mines OMQ, Jamadoba, West Bokaro and FAMD was also signed on Monday itself.
This bonus agreement was signed between Tata Steel and Rashtriya Colliery Mazdoor Union (RCMU). It was signed by Union president cum MLA Kumar Jaimangal alias Anup Singh and Tata Steel VP HRM Atrayee Sanyal.

After this signing, it was decided that a total of Rs 88.01 crore will be distributed in the mines as bonus, under which Rs 26.34 crore will be paid in Mines, Rs 33.80 crore in West Bokaro, Rs 23.20 crore in Jamadoba and Rs 4.67 crore in FAMD. Will be done.
Maximum Rs 3,30,635 and minimum Rs 42141 among total 2168 employees in Mines, Maximum Rs 3,03,990 and minimum Rs 27,368 among total 1825 employees in Jamadoba, Maximum Rs 3,13,196 and minimum Rs 26015 among total 2427 employees in West Bokaro. And maximum Rs 3,42,778 and minimum Rs 44870 will be distributed among 351 employees in FAMD. Union President MLA Anoop Singh said that Tata Steel Management has shown generosity. At the same time, the Tata Workers Union has also made a historic agreement, which has benefited the employees. This is a historic decision.
