Jamshedpur: Employees of JCAPCPL (Jamshedpur Continuous Annealing and Processing Company Private Limited), a joint venture between Tata Steel and Nippon Steel, will receive a 20% bonus this year, following a successful agreement between the company’s management and the workers’ union. The agreement was finalized on Thursday, ensuring employees a maximum bonus of Rs 65,209 and a minimum of Rs 43,920. The total bonus payout amounts to Rs 82.38 lakh, a rise from last year’s total of Rs 78 lakh.
The bonus amount has already been transferred to the employees’ bank accounts.
Representing the management, the agreement was signed by Managing Director Abhijit Avinash Nanoti, Executive Director Junichi Matsunaga, CFO Praveen Hegde, CHRO Ajay Kumar Singh, AGM Thangaraj Periyasamy, and Tausif. Union leaders President R Ravi Prasad, Executive President Shahnawaz Alam, General Secretary Ravi Kumar, Vice President Pankaj Singh, Treasurer Chiranjeevi, and Krishna Mohan signed on behalf of the union.
This annual bonus reflects the company’s commitment to rewarding its workforce and maintaining strong relations with the union.
