Jamshedpur, June 28: Urban Services, Tata Steel Foundation organised a Blood Donation camp at Jamshedpur Blood Centre. Communities across the city of Jamshedpur representing 12 Community Centres gathered in large numbers to donate blood for the noble cause.
Urban Services had organised various awareness sessions in the bustees of Jamshedpur to motivate men and women to donate blood. Total 300 units of blood were collected during the camp.
Anurag Agnihotri, Chief One IT E&P, graced the occasion as Chief Guest. While interacting with the donors, he motivated them to keep donating blood at regular intervals. Manju Mishra, Senior Manager Community Engagement along with her team of Area Officers, Suman Mitra, Surya Shakti Sinha and Deepa Paul strived hard for the success of the event. Om Prakash Sharma, Union Committee Member extended his support in motivating employees of Corporate Services JDC for donating in this camp.
