Tata Steel Downstream Products employees to get 20 percent bonus, Max Rs 95,849

Jamshedpur, Sept 14:  A bonus agreement for the FY 2021-’22 was signed today between the company’s management and Tata Steel Downstream Products Limited (TSDPL) Employees’ Union on Wednesday, September 14. A consensus on payment of bonus to TSDPL employees @ 20 percent was reached wherein it was agreed that the maximum amount to be paid would be Rs 95,849 while the minimum amount payable would be Rs 59, 439. The bonus amounts will be credited to the bank accounts of TSDPL workers by September 17.

The bonus accord was signed on behalf of TSDPL management by CHRO Karan Lakhani, GM JBU Ashwani Kumar, Head HR & IR Shekhar Kumar Jha and Senior Manager Corporate HR Mukund Bhatt while TSDPL Employees’ Union signatories to the accord were led by Rakeshwar Pandey were General Secretary Amanjee, Vice Presidents Sachidanand and S B Rana, Deputy President Sanjeev Kumar Singh, Advisors to President Rakesh Kumar and Ranjan Mishra, Asst Secretaries Anish Jha and R Ravi, Treasurer Ramesh Choudhury and  Witnesses Dinesh Kumar and Tridev Singh.
