Jamshedpur: Tata Steel has been crowned the runners-up in the in the Tata Inter Company Table Tennis Tournament held at Hyderabad on 13th and 14th October 2017.
Team Tata Steel lost 1-3 to Taj Sats in the final of the tournament on Saturday.
Earlier in the group stage- Tata Steel beat Titan B 3-0, defeated Voltas 3-0 and Tata Interactive 3-0. In the quarter final Tata Steel defeated TCS Hyderabad 3-0 and beat Titan A by 3-0 in the semi final. Chief Guest for the final was GM Administration, TCS Hyderabad Col. Raghunandan
In the Tata Inter Company Tournament also held at Hyderabad on 13th and 14th October 2017, Tata Steel Chess team lost to TCS Hyderabad to be crowned the runners-up. Col. Raghunandan was the chief guest and awarded the prizes to the winners.
