10-day Training of Trainer program begins at TWU

Jamshedpur, Jan 16: Jamshedpur Regional directorate of Dattopant Thengadi National Board for Workers Education and Development (DTNBWED) under the Ministry of Labour & Employment, Government of India, is orgaining ten-day Training of Trainer (TOT) program. The program was inaugurated by Zubin Palia, Chief Group HR & IR, Tata Steel at the Tata Workers Union premises on Bistupur on Monday, January 16 in presence of Tata Workers Union President Sanjeev Kumar Choudhary, Deputy President Shailesh Kumar Singh and General Secretary Satish Kumar Singh.

Addressing the gathering, Zubin Palia said, “Tata Steel is considered an ideal employer in the world and the reason behind this is excellent industrial relation and workers-management bonding.

Tata Group makes long-term visionary plans for the betterment of human resources, which benefits the industry, society and the nation. The company always makes policies for industrial development with balanced human development and the contribution of Tata Workers Union is commendable,” Palia added.

Sanjeev Kumar Chaudhary, President of Tata Workers Union, said that the training program will benefit the Union member and instill in them new knowledge, new thinking and help in achieving industrial goals.

Pashupati Nath Sah, Education Officer, and Program Incharge, informed that 26 committee members are participating in this program which will continue till January 25.
