Jamshedpur: Tata Power, India�s largest integrated power utility was honoured with two awards at the recently held Central Board of Irrigation and Power (CBIP) Awards 2019 in Delhi. While the company won the �Company Category Award� for Best Performing Utility having integrated operation in Generation, Transmission & Distribution, Ashok Sethi was felicitated with the �Individual Category Award� for Excellent Contribution in Power Sector Development by R.K. Singh, Union Minister of State (I/C) for Power, New and Renewable Energy.
The awards recognized Tata Power�s outstanding contribution to the nation�s economy, demonstrated through excellent leadership in all facets of the power sector including Generation, Transmission, Distribution, Trading and Skill Development.
