Tata Motors Workers Union visits Cheshire Home to Support Special Children

Jamshedpur, January 24: A delegation from the Tata Motors Workers Union, led by President  Gurmeet Singh and General Secretary RK Singh, visited RP Patel Cheshire Home in Sundarnagar as part of their ongoing social responsibility initiatives. The visit was organized in collaboration with the management team, including Soumik Roy, General Manager (ER & CSR), Alan Kim Joseph, Deputy General Manager (ER), and Kapil, Senior Manager (CSR).

During their visit, the Union officials engaged with the special children and differently-abled young women residing at Cheshire Home. They interacted with individuals across all age groups and distributed food items, spreading joy and creating a warm atmosphere. The children expressed their happiness and excitement at the Union’s presence.

Speaking on the occasion, Gurmeet Singh, Union President, praised Cheshire Home for its dedication to supporting those who are often forgotten by their families. “Cheshire Home’s commitment to these special children is truly admirable and an example for others to follow,” he remarked.

General Secretary RK Singh commended the love and care with which Cheshire Home nurtures its residents. He called on capable individuals and organizations to extend their support to the home and contribute to its noble mission. Reaffirming the Union’s commitment, he expressed his intention to visit again in the future.
