Jamshedpur, Aug 4: A key meeting of Tata Motors Workers’ Union was held at the union office on Monday at 11 AM, presided over by Union President Shashi Bhushan Prasad, with General Secretary R.K. Singh introducing the agenda. Discussions focused on the 2025 annual bonus, workplace safety, and product quality. It was decided that the union would formally request the company’s balance sheet to initiate bonus negotiations. Union leaders also resolved to hold dialogue with workers across divisions to gather safety and quality-related feedback. “We will tour all divisions to assess the actual conditions on ground,” said Prasad, stressing the union’s goal of achieving 100% success on both fronts.
