Jamshedpur: The Tata Motors Workers Union (TMWU) has reaffirmed its commitment to ensuring that the grade revision for workers is implemented on time, enabling employees to receive maximum benefits.
This assurance was given by the Union’s General Secretary RK Singh while addressing a meeting of the union held on Sunday.
During his address, Singh stated that the leadership would honour the trust placed in the union by the workers and remain dedicated to protecting their interests. He emphasized that all concerns raised by employees or committee members would be taken up seriously during discussions and negotiations with the management.
He also mentioned that the union was actively working on the issue related to the ‘Jivo’ grade, assuring workers that efforts were being made to resolve the matter in a way that benefitted the workforce.
Other office bearers of the union also addressed the gathering and expressed their support for the leadership of the General Secretary. The participants collectively reiterated their confidence in Singh’s leadership and his commitment to safeguarding the welfare of the workers.
The meeting concluded on a patriotic note with the singing of the National Anthem. The proceedings of the meeting were conducted by Prakash Vishwakarma.
