Tata Motors Organises Induction Programme for 9th Batch of Newly Regularised Employees in Jamshedpur

Jamshedpur: Tata Motors organised an induction and orientation programme for the 9th batch of employees regularised from temporary to permanent positions at the MTC Auditorium in Jamshedpur.

On December 25, Tata Motors had released a list of 225 temporary employees selected for regularisation as permanent staff.

The programme was attended by Tata Motors Workers’ Union President Shashi Bhushan Prasad, General Secretary R.K. Singh, ER and CSR Head Soumik Roy, along with several other union office bearers.

During the event, Shashi Bhushan Prasad, R.K. Singh, and ER Head Soumik Roy jointly congratulated the newly regularised employees and extended their best wishes for the successful completion of their one-year probation period.

The union leaders and management representatives also urged employees to place special emphasis on workplace safety and quality standards, stressing that discipline, safety compliance, and product quality are key to long-term success at Tata Motors.
