Tata Motors Jamshedpur likely to pay 13% bonus

Jamshedpur, Sep 19: Tata Motors employees are likely to receive a 13 percent bonus this year, marking an increase from the 10 percent bonus awarded last year. While bonus agreements have already been finalized at Tata Steel, Tinplate, and other Tata Group companies in Jamshedpur, negotiations at Tata Motors and Tata Cummins are still ongoing.

Cummins employees may receive bonus of 19 to 20 percent. Last year, Cummins employees were awarded 19.5 percent.

According to union sources, the Tata Motors bonus agreement may be concluded soon. However, Cummins employees may face a longer wait as discussions are yet to reach a resolution. Employees of both companies are eagerly awaiting the finalization of their respective bonus agreements.
