Tata Motors Jamshedpur launches app-based town CMS

Jamshedpur: Tata Motors, in collaboration with Sociohood Technologies Pvt Ltd, has introduced an innovative App-based Town Complaint Management System in its township. The app was inaugurated by Ravindra Kulkarni, Plant Head of Tata Motors, at 9:30 am today in the premises of Telco Town Administration Office.

The newly launched app aims to streamline communication, enhance service efficiency, and improve the overall living experience for the residents of Tata Motors Townships. With a user-friendly interface, the app offers a wide range of features specifically designed to cater to the unique needs of the township.

Residents can now conveniently connect with their neighbors, report maintenance issues, receive important announcements, access township resources, and participate in various social activities through the app. The system also empowers township administrators with efficient work management tools, transparent administration capabilities, and streamlined communication channels.

Speaking at the launch, the Head of Jamshedpur Plant, Tata Motors said, “Our digitization journey has been extended from Plant to Township through App based Town Complaint Management System. This will be helpful for faster services and clear communication. Users can upload photos for quick action on the issue. Multiple Features And the benefits will be accessible through this single app, making the township more attractive to current and future residents.”

Sociohood Technologies Pvt Ltd, a leading provider of township management solutions, has developed the app in collaboration with Tata Motors. This milestone collaboration signifies a shared vision to leverage technology in order to enhance the quality of life for residents and transform the living experience within the township. To support the township’s waste segregation initiative, Tata Cummins has generously provided over 9,000 dustbins to the town administration team for distribution among the residents. The launch event witnessed the presence of esteemed dignitaries, including senior representatives from Tata Motors and Tata Cummins, along with executives and office bearers from the Tata Motors Workers Union.
