Tata Motors Jamshedpur plant to undergo block closure from June 22-24

Jamshedpur, June 20: Tata Motors will be implementing block closure at its Jamshedpur Plant from 22^nd June to 24^th June. A circular was issued in this connection by the Plant Head Vishal Badshah, sources said.

During block closure, half of the salary would be borne by the company and half of it would be adjusted against the CL or PL of employees, sources said.

The departments concerned would issue notice to employees who would work during block closure. If the employees called on duty during closure do no turn up, they would be treated as being on leave. The company would open after closure on 25^th June, sources said.
