Tata Metaliks and Wire company merged into Tata Steel

Jamshedpur, January 12: Now two companies will be integrated into Tata Steel.

Its entire process has been completed. Now no separate income and expenditure details of these two companies will be presented. In the information given by the company to the National Stock Exchange, it has been informed that now the adjustment of Tata Metaliks has been done.

For this reason it has now become completely a part of Tata Steel. No separate income or expenditure details of Tata Metaliks will be submitted.

This information has been given to Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange. On the other hand, the wire company (Indian Steel and Wire Products Limited – ISWP) has also been adjusted. Now the wire company has also become a part of Tata Steel. All shareholders have been included in this.

The Telegraph company has also ceased to exist and now this company will also become a part of Tata Steel.

Tata Steel is going to accommodate more than seven companies. In this series, after Tinplate, the Telegraph company and Tata Metallics are being adjusted.
