Jamshedpur: Tata Cummins announced 19 per cent annual bonus here on Sunday. As per the bonus settlement agreement signed late evening, the employees will get a minimum of Rs 12,000 and a maximum of Rs 69,000 in bonus. The bonus amount will be sent to the bank accounts of the employees by 25th September.
A total of 846 employees will be benefitted by the settlement. Last year, the employees had got 20 per cent bonus, sources said.
The agreement was signed by the plant head DE Prabal, Manish Jha, GM HR Krishna Kumar, GM Ajitesh Moonga, Amit Thakur, Arun Prakash, DGM Dipti Mahesh Vari, Union general secretary Arun Singh, Manoj Singh, Ramakant Karua, Ehsan Ahmad Siraji, Sumit Kumar, Dheeraj Singh, Shashi Shekhar, Raju Murty, CB Pandey, Ramesh Kumar, PK Mahanty, Ranjan, Krishna Rao, Prabhakar Singh, Deependu Chakravarty and Samrat Chakravarty.
