Jamshedpur : In a performance meet held on the occasion of new financial year, TRF reaffirmed to leverage the Tata Business Excellence Model to further improve its performance in its quest for excellence.
The meet attended by the top leadership of the Company, comprising of Mr S Deoras, Mr R Pandey, Mr HC Kharkar, Mr PK Tibdewal and Mr RK Rahi, senior executives, officers based in Jamshedpur and Kolkata and union committee members of the Company resolved to grow by seizing opportunities in the new fiscal and emerge as a leader in bulk material handling business.
Mr Sudhir Deoras, MD, TRF Limited and Mr RK Rahi, General Secretary, Tata Robins Fraser Labour Union (TRFLU), jointly cut a cake at the onset of the new financial year. The meet was held to share and give an overview of the Company’s performance in the just concluded financial year 2013-14 and to identify a path for growth and progress in the new financial year.
Mr HC Kharkar, COO, Mr PK Tibdewal, COO, Mr RK Rahi spoke on the need to learn from the past and use this experience to excel in the future. They emphasized that progress and prosperity would depend on our commitment and we do not have to rely on favourable market for this.
Mr Rakeshwar PandeyPresident, Tata Robins Fraser Labour Union said that we have adequate resources and manpower and must continue to work in harmony so that we benefit maximum from opportunities in the future. Mr Sudhir Deoras, MD gave an overview of the business scenario in bulk material handling and automotive applications sectors and urged the employees to plan to become preferred supplier of products and services by our customers.
