Tangrain School teachers visit students home to impart knowledge

Jamshedpur, Aug 31: In COVID-19 times when students have been left with no option other than to take up virtual classes, Arbind Tiwary, principal of Upgraded Middle School, Tangrain in a rare initiative is visiting students of the school and imparting knowledge. ‘Darwaje Par Vidhyalaya’ (School on students doorstep) programme has been launched the school principal to keep the students updated with latest course. Only two teachers stay back in the school rest all teachers are visiting the students living in various areas and providing them with in-depth knowledge about the course. Ever since the lockdown was imposed students have been the worst sufferers with schools and colleges completely shut. Teachers working as COVID warriors are visiting residence of every possible student. Teachers Amal Kumar Dikshit, Rajeev Singh, Dasmath Murmu, Rajendra Singh Munda, Vishwajeet Sardar, Niranjan Sardar and others are imparting knowledge. ����
