Tamil bhajan singer felicitated at Madrasi Sammelani

Jamshedpur, May 7: Madrasi Sammelani and South Indian Association Sri Rama Paduka Ashram, Kadma, today felicitated PS Krishna Iyer, renowned Tamil bhajan singer at Madrasi Sammelani.

The event commenced with welcoming of Krishna Iyer and other guests to the function by V Natarajan, Secretary, Board of Trustees, Madrasi Sammelani. Later on Meena Mohan narrated the life history of Krishna Iyer from his early days when he began singing bhajan in Jamshedpur.

G Shankar, President, Madrasi Sammelani and Geeta Natarajan honored Krishna Iyer with a shawl. A small token of respect and appreciation was also presented to them. S Sriram, K S Narayan, K V Srinivasan, S Ramesh and B Visweswaran contributed to make the event a success.
