Gamharia: Members of Sudi Samaj Vikas Samiti, Jharhand, held a meeting on Tuesday at Kandra forest guesthouse. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss various issues pertaining to the overall development and welfare of the community.
It was unanimously decided to organize demonstration at all block offices of the district to put pressure on the state government for fulfilling the demands of the community members.
The community leaders said the main demand of the community is the inclusion of the community in the Scheduled Caste category. A final meeting will be held on 29th September prior to starting the protest programme.
