Jamshedpur, June 29: District Legal Services Authority, Civil Court Jamshedpur, organized a one-day legal awareness camp on tribal rights protection and enforcement at Sakchi High School on Wednesday.
Mediator of Justice House and senior advocate Vimal Kumar Pandey was the chief guest on the occasion.
At the camp, speakers shed light on rights of the tribals, events of DALSA, fundamental rights and duties of the citizen, crime, child marriage, dowry, untouchability, right to education etc and provided them with detailed information about the topics.
Several students participated at the awareness camp. The event was hosted by S C Dutta, principal of the school, while an assistant teacher extended the vote of thanks. �
Advocate Rupesh Kumar Sinha, Mousami Choudhary, PLV Nagendra Kumar, Usha Kumari, Nitai Chandra Goria, social worker Rashmi Murmu and others were present on the occasion.
