Stage set for National Problem Identification Challenge in Jamshedpur

Jamshedpur, July 25: Innovation Research Incubation and Innovation Council Jamshedpur organized Navishkar 1.0-2023, a national-level Problem Identification Challenge competition. The event saw overwhelming participation with over 100 innovative ideas submitted from across the country. The competition aims to empower the youth and foster problem-solving skills, encouraging a culture of innovation and creativity.

Director of Innovation, Kartik Kumar Choudhary, along with esteemed members Amar Nath Singh, Gurpreet Chawla, Priya Munshi, Rajeev, Muskaan, Kumkum, Abhay, Aditya, Ankit, were present at the program. Navishkar 1.0-2023 is anticipated to bring forth new possibilities in the start-up sector, fostering innovative solutions and ideas in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand.

The unique aspect of Navishkar 1.0-2023 was that students from class 8 onwards up to graduation and post-graduation levels were eligible to participate. The competition garnered significant support from renowned start-up incubation centers such as A.I.C-T Hub, Draper House, Uttar Pradesh start-up, and Innovation Research ‘Cubation and Innovation.’ The collaboration seeks to provide funding and incubation support to promising ideas.

The semi-final and final rounds of the competition are scheduled for 29th July 2023, taking place at the auditorium of Motilal Nehru Public School, Jamshedpur, from 11 am to 4 pm. The program will be divided into four phases: Inaugural Session, Panel Discussion, Idea Pitch, and Concluding Session.

The winning team in the final will be awarded a cash prize of ₹50,000, while the second-place winner will receive ₹25,000. Additionally, selected ideas will be eligible for funding and incubation support from R.I.I.C and A.I.C-T Hub. Renowned personalities from the start-up ecosystem, including Shreyan Daga, O.L.L. Founder & Shark Tank Finalist, Chintan Ojha, S.20 Council Member Mumbai, Abhishek Tiwari, Advisor to Uttar Pradesh Start-ups, and others, are expected to grace the event.
