Jamshedpur, Nov 17: The Placement and Training Cell of Srinath College of Education inaugurated a 7-day Employability Skills Training Program in collaboration with the Naandi Foundation’s Mahindra Pride Classroom. The initiative aimed to equip students with essential professional skills that enhanced confidence, communication and workplace readiness.
The program covered communication skills, résumé writing, interview techniques, goal setting, teamwork, professional etiquette and personality development. Expert trainers from the Naandi Foundation conducted interactive sessions, practical activities and demonstrations to provide real-world insights.
Principal Dr. Moushumi Mahato emphasized the importance of skill-based training in preparing future educators, stating that such initiatives helped bridge the gap between academics and industry expectations.
Srinath College of Education reaffirmed its commitment to holistic development by organizing capacity-building programs that nurtured both personal growth and professional excellence among students.
