Jamshedpur: Four books of Sriman Publications were released by Sriman Classes at Buddha temple auditorium on Sunday. They have been compiled by Satyendra Prasad, a teacher of Sriman Classes.
They are based on banking, current affairs, information on Bihar and current affairs of the state.
The chief guest of the programme was former MLA of Jamshedpur West Saryu Roy. He said the publication of the books was a commendable job. He said the books will prove to be greatly beneficial for students and others preparing for various competitive examinations.
The special guest of the programme was deputy development commissioner Lal Mohan Mahato. He said the publication of such books helped hone the talent of teachers and students further and enhance their intellectual level.
The zonal manager of Bank of India Durga Prasad Mishra was also present as a guest during the programme. He said students will greatly benefit from the books.
Kolhan University Professor and noted academician of the city Dr SS Razi was also present at the programme. He said the role being played by Sriman Classes in instilling knowledge and values in students was commendable.
