Ranchi: The problem of space is posing a question mark on the smooth conduct of the proposed Vijay Sankalp Rally of Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi in the state Capital.
The rally will be held on 29th December. But so far the Bharatiya Janata Party leaders have failed to get permission to use the Morabadi ground as a venue for the rally.
They approached the Ranchi administration to seek permission, but were told the ground was already booked for Saras Mela and Khadi Gramodyog Mela. The bookings were done a month back, the administration officials told the BJP leaders.
The BJP state president Dr Ravindra Rai alleged that the government was trying to play spoilsport by not giving permission for the use of venue.
