Baharagora: SP Rural of Jamshedpur Prabhat Kumar paid an inspection visit to Baharagora police station on Thursday. He inspected the police station and conducted a surprise checking of all police station documents and registers to find out if they were updated regularly.
The SP directed the police officials to ensure timely and speedy disposal of pending cases, ensure tight security in and around banks, conduct motorcycle checking and arrest absconding criminals.
He also asked the cops to keep their information network strong and also keep an eye on rumour-mongers. He directed them to ensure coordination with the members of local peace committee to keep peace in the area.
Kumar spoke to the officials and sought information about the issues affecting their work. He assured to take up their issues and help them in every possible manner.
The SDPO of Ghatsila Rajendra Kumar Dubey and the OC of Baharagora PS Vinod Kumar were present during the meeting along with other officials.
