Sourav, Sayandeep and Koyel leave audience spell bound at Milanee

Jamshedpur, Jan 7: The ongoing centenary celebrations of The Milanee, the oldest club of the city witnessed some of the best Modern Bengali songs which left the audience spell bound.

On the fourth day of the events on Tuesday Modern Bengali songs were performed by the participants were in group A (12-16 years) Sourav Banerjee was first, Sudisha Mukherjee was second while Sumona Mandal came third.

In Group B (8-12 years) Sayandeep Das was first, Aritri Saha was second while Somiha Mukherjee came third. In Group C (5-8 years) Koyel Bose was first, Ipsha Dutta came second while Sohini Guchhait was awarded third prize.

The competition is duly judged by Supriti Karmakar & Dipankar Mukherjee. On Wednesday, Jan 8 Tabla competition will be held.
