Ranchi: All India Congress Committee president Sonia Gandhi will be addressing a public gathering in Ramgarh tomorrow.
Preparations for her programme have been completed, Congress leaders said. The state Congress in-charge BK Hari Prasad has arrived in the state Capital in view of the programme.
The programme will start at 11 am.
