Jamshedpur: Six shops were gutted in a fire that broke out late yesterday night at Kadma Market under Kadma police station area.
Property worth several thousands was destroyed in the mishap. Sources said the mishap was reportedly caused by short circuit. The shops were completely burnt in the incident.
Police reached the spot and began investigation into the incident. The shopkeepers said they were not sure if the fire was caused accidentally.
