Jamshedpur: The court of ADJ (IV) Ajit Kumar Singh acquitted all six persons in the case of clash between the supporters and opponents of domicile policy of the state government lodged on 20th July 2002.
The accused persons, Kishore Yadav, Zila Parishad member, Ramesh Hansda, Lalan Yadav, Sheroo Khan, Sonaram Soren and Arjun Marandi, were eventually acquitted after passage of 15 years.
The prosecution side was represented by the Public Prosecutor RN Tiwary while the defence side was represented by Keval Krishna.
