Jamshedpur: Hundreds of devotees of Maa Jeen Bhavani celebrated Sindhara and Jhulnotsava at Shiva temple in Golmuri on Tuesday.
The programme was organized by Sri Jeen Mata Parivar, Jamshedpur. Local bhajan singers, Mahavir Agrawal and Madan Agrawal, presented bhajans and Sri Jeen Shakti Mangal Paath.
The durbar of Goddess Jeen Bhavani was decorated in a grand manner. The chief attraction of the programme was jhula durbar, akhand jyot, chhappan bhog and sindhara.
The programme started at 4 pm and continued till late night.
A large number of women participated in the celebration. Among those present during the programme included Bajrang Lal Agrawal, Mahavir Moonka, Shambhu Khanna, Rajkumar Ringsiya, Sunil Debuka, Vinod Khanna, Sitaram Debuka, Suresh Khemka, Gopal Agrawal, Ashish and Manish Khanna.
