Jamshedpur: The 10th Shyam Mahotsava of Sri Shyam Bhakt Mandal, Parsudih, was organized at Cooperative Marwari Society in Parsudih on Wednesday. A large number of devotees were present on the occasion. The festival began with the worship of Lord Shyam by Lalita Agrawal and Shankar Agrawal under the guidance of priest Rama Shankar Pathak.
A bhajan programme began at 9 pm and continued till late night. Renowned bhajan singer from Dhanbad, Gautam Rathore, and local artists Harjeet Singh Heera and Manish Agrawal sang melodious bhajans on the occasion. The programme was conducted by Jugal Sharma.
The main attractions of the event was Baba Shyam�s Shringar, Chhappan Bhog, Akhand Jyot, Mahaprasad and Sankitan.
The organizers included Ratan Agrawal, Vijay Agrawal, Manoj Agrawal, Rajesh Agrawal, Akhilesh Agrawal, Sanjay Agrawal, Rohit Agrawal, Shiv Narayan Agrawal, Anurag Sharma, Naveen Agrawawl, Vineet Agrawal, Vaibhav Agrawal, Akash Mittal and Shankar Agrawal.
