Jamshedpur: The three-day long Shri Shivalaya Pran Pratistha Mahotsava organized by Sai Parivar Vishwa Seva Sanstha, Jamshedpur, in Ghorabandha was inaugurated on Friday. A kalash yatra was taken out by 108 women clad in yellow saris. The participants brought water in earthen pots all the way from Swarnarekha river to the temple to pave way for the pran pratistha ritual. Priests from Shirdi and Trayambkeshwar, Yogesh Kulkarni, Chandrashekhar Kulkarni, Vijay Joshi, Vaibhav Kulkarni and Omkar Choubey performed the puja.

A large number of devotees were present on this occasion. A bhajan programme was held in the evening. The guests included Mithilesh Singh yadav and Manas Mishra. Deputy Commissioner Amit Kumar is expected to visit the temple tomorrow.
