Jamshedpur: The 14th Foundation Day celebration of Shirdi Sai Baba Seva Mandir at Telco will be organized on Sunday, January 20. The events will commence at 6 am with Ganesh Aradhana followed by Kakkad Arati. Puja will commence from 8 am. After the afternoon Arati, prasada will be distributed among the devotees. Bhajans will be performed till 3 pm.
Baba�s palanquin procession will be taken out in the evening and Dhoop Arati will be performed. Later, local artistes will perform Sai Bhajan.
Convener Asim Sen has sought the participation of local people in the holy proceedings.
The chief guests on the occasion would be legislative representative Pawan Agrawal and Lok Samarpan president Lalit Das.
The Shirdi Sai Baba Seva Mandir in Telco was founded in 2005 and since then has been making steady progress. A new building has been constructed in the temple complex where an idol of Sai Baba will be installed during the Foundation Day celebrations.
