Jamshedpur, Dec 4: Shiksha Niketan School concluded its 38th Annual Sports Day on 4 December 2025 with vibrant performances at Telco’s Sumant Moolgaokar Stadium. The chief guest was Padma Shri Premlata Agrawal, the renowned mountaineer and the first Indian woman to conquer the Seven Summits. Special guests included Satish Kadam, General Manager (Finance), Tata Motors TMCV Plant; S.K. Tomar, Senior Manager (Engineering), Tata Motors; and school managing committee members Prakash Kumar Sinha, Rajeev Ranjan Mishra, Kritarth Bora and members of Roshni Club.
Students of Classes 1 and 2 captivated the audience with the “Dappled Drill,” while Classes 3 to 5 performed the “Mystic Drill.” Students from Classes 6 to 8 presented thematic performances on sustainable development. The event was efficiently coordinated by Principal Sumita Dey, Vice-Principal Rajni Pandey, Sports Teacher D. Hemlata and the entire teaching team. The list of winning participants was enclosed with the school’s release.
