Jamshedpur, Jan 28: Hill Top School bid adieu to class 12 students at a farewell ceremony held in the school premises on Wednesday, January 28. The event started with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp by the Principal, Mrs. Puneeta B Chouhan and the senior teachers.
It all began with great excitement and merriment, as all the Class Twelve students dressed up to their glamorous best. The next was an inspiring Speech by Ashraya Sundar of Class XI which created a very serene atmosphere. Now the event every one anxiously waiting for started, 1st Round – Ramp Walk of Mr. & Ms. Hill Top took place were 95 Students participated in the competition.
Supriya Saxena of class XII then gave a speech on behalf of the ISC 2015 batch and it was then that the Eleventh and Twelfth Standards felt the real pain of separation and grief washing over them.
This was followed by a dance by Sujoy Kar & Sonia Chakraborty of class XI to various songs. Mr. & Miss Hill Top were then announced.
Shayan Chatterjee was declared Mr Hill Top while Sumona Bhattacharjee was crowned Ms. Hill Top. There ended a beautiful day marked with both happiness and sorrow and lots and lots of love.
