Jamshedpur: A shani shanti yagna ceremony was organized at Jugsalai on Wednesday. A large number of devotees participated in the programme. The ceremonies included Navgraha puja and havan ceremony.
The entire ceremony was presided over by Damodar Maharaj, a noted priest. Prasad distribution started at noon and continued till 4 pm. Many dignitaries were also invited to the programme.
The ceremony continued till late evening. A bhajan programme was also organized after aarti. It continued till late night. Other priests who performed puja during the ceremony included Gyani Sharma and Ashok Sharma.
