Jamshedpur, June 3: A significant religious event, the Jharkhand Shani Shanti Yagna (Havan), will be organized by Damodar Shani Baba on Thursday, June 6, at the Shanidev Temple located on Satyanarayan Mandir Road near Jugsalai Dukhu Market.
Commencing on the auspicious occasion of Amavasya, the Navgrah Puja and Havan will commence at 8 am and continue until 1 pm. Prasad distribution is scheduled from 11 am to 3 pm. Additionally, a special citizens’ Havan Puja will be conducted from 5 to 6 pm.
Addressing the media, Damodar Shani Baba outlined the day’s schedule, highlighting a bhajan program from 7 pm onwards, featuring performances by local artists from Prem Agarwal and Party. The religious proceedings will be overseen by 11 pandits, led by Pandit Ashok Sharma and Gyani Sharma.
The yagna is dedicated to fostering the progress and peace of India, inviting all devotees to partake in the religious rituals and seek the blessings of Shani Baba to become a part of virtue.
The event’s success and final preparations are being diligently managed by a dedicated team including Manoj Puria, Nandkishore Thakur, Saurav Agrawal, Arvind Mishra, Arun Goyal, Dharmendra Sharma, Vishnu Sonkar, Raju Sonkar, Ankit Garg, Ashok Sharma, and Gyani Sharma, among others.
