Shakambhari Mata’s Jhulanotsav celebrated with fervor

Jamshedpur, August 16: Sri Shakambhari Mata Pariwar Tatanagar organised Jhulanotsav and mangal path on the last Monday of the holy month of Shravan on August 15 at Agrasen Bhawan in Sakchi.

An attractive darbar of Shakambhari Mata was decorated for the event. Mangal Path started at 4 pm which continued till 9 pm. At the mangal path more than 501 women in Rajasthani attire participated and enjoyed the bhajans for fivr hours.

Secretary of the Pariwar Shilpi Palsania and treasurer Manisha Kauntia jointly successfully organised the event and bhajans presentation written by them made the women sway.

President Neetu Harnathka informed that Harishankar Sonthalia, Babulal Garg, Lalit Singhania, Kedarmal Palsania and Suresh Sonthalia provided their full support.

At the religious program famous bhajan singer Sharad Sakesaria from Kolkata, Monu Dhadharia along with local artists Manoj Sharma and team presented bhajans and started the mangal path by Ganesh Vandana the whole atmosphere became lively.

Earlier, Manisha-Nitesh Kauntia started the event by performing the rituals were Munna Pandit was present as the head priest.

The darbar of Shakambhari Mata was decorated with flowers while chocolate coconut was also offered to Mata. The main attraction of the religious program was Jhula darbar, make-up, chunri Utsav, Akhand Jyot, Chappan Bhog and Sindhara delicacies.

At the conclusion of the program Aarti was held and Prasad was distributed among the devotees at 10 pm.

To make the religious programme successful Neetu Harnathaka, Bindu Sharma, Kavita Agarwal, Manisha Sanghi, Anu Jawanpuria, Meera Chetani, Neelam Choudhary, Kanchan Sonthalia, Sadhna Moonka, Savita Sonthalia, Sunita Agarwal and Aruna Agarwal provided their full support.
