Gamharia: Several Bharatiya Janata Party workers joined Jharkhand Vikas Morcha in Gamharia on Monday. They were led by Jitendra Singh and Akash Lohar.
A meeting of JVM district working committee was also held today. It was presided over by Shambhu Mandal. Party workers were asked to work hard to strengthen the party in Seraikela-Kharsawan. Central party president Alok Kumar Vajpayee said preparations for 2019 elections should start without delay.
The party leaders paid homage to former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee by observing silence for two minutes.
The party leaders included Devashish Raj, Ramu Murmu, Binod Rai, Savan Mishra, Rakesh Pramanik and Suraj Mahato.
