Seven-day Shrimad Bhagvat Katha begins May 22

Jamshedpur, May 20: Steel City devotees will now get a chance to hear the Krishna bhakti bhajans and Krishna leela recitation of Sri Dham Vrindavan in Jamshedpur.

Srimad Bhagwat Katha gyan yagya will be organised from 22 to 29 May at Michael John Auditorium, Bistupur from 3 pm to 6 pm. The story will be recited by Sanjeev Krishna Thakur who is also the founder of Goushala in Vrindavan.

The seven-day religious programme organised by Sriradha Madhav Sevashram Charitable Trust will be live telecasted on Aastha channel.

Organiser of the religious programme while addressing the press conference, said, the young story teller Sanjeev Krishna Thakur is coming to Jamshedpur for the very first time. The group includes 25 members who will be visiting the city.

The Shobha Yatra scheduled on May 21 at 6 pm a day before the Srimad Bhagwat Katha have been postponed.

Present at the press meet were Ashok Bhalotia, Arun Bankrewal, Suresh Sonthalia, Umesh Shah, Ashok Agarwal, Arjun Agarwal, Vinod Sharma, Sushil Agarwal, Mahesh Agarwal, Suresh Bholika, Vishwanath Sharma, Bajrang Lal Agarwal, Acharya Sandeep Dwivedi and others.
