Jamshedpur, Oct 9: Sheyn International School organized a session on “Stress Management” for CBSE board students of Classes X and XII, aimed at helping them navigate academic pressure with confidence. The session was conducted by Preeti Saini, a renowned Consultant Psychologist, doctorate researcher, counselor, motivational speaker, author and social activist.
The program commenced with a traditional lamp-lighting ceremony, followed by a warm welcome from Tandrima Banerjee, Principal (Academics). As a gesture of appreciation, she presented Preeti Saini with a sapling, symbolizing growth and gratitude.
During the session, Saini guided students on tackling fear, anxiety and overthinking—common issues affecting exam performance. She shared practical techniques for maintaining focus, reducing stress and fostering a positive mindset. Interactive discussions and engaging activities made the session both informative and empowering.
Dr. Keya Adak, Principal (Administration), appreciated the initiative, emphasizing its lasting impact on students’ emotional well-being. The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Simran Saggu, Headmistress, who commended Preeti Saini for inspiring students toward a balanced and confident approach to academics.
