Seraikela’s Shivam Kumar ranks 216 in UPSC

Seraikela: Shivam Kumar, a 26-year-old and the son of ASI Arvind Kunwar serving in the security of the District Civil Court Seraikela, has achieved an impressive 216th rank in the UPSC examination. To celebrate this momentous achievement, officials from the District Civil Court Seraikela and the District Bar Association felicitated ASI Arvind Kunwar by offering him sweets and extended heartfelt congratulations to his son Shivam Kumar for his remarkable success.
