Seraikela, Nov 2: Acting on tip off Seraikela Police Station officer BP Mahato today raided Illegal liquor dens of Sudhir Mahato and Ramshankar Nayak at Navagaon and seized liquor and components used for making liquor.
Police also arrested men who on the spot were making illicit liquor. The factory workers used to mix 900 liters of water in 100 liters of liquor and sell off to retail shops.
This raid has removed curtains from Seraikela Products Department. Seraikela police will carry on the operation till every illicit liquor den is not shut down.
