Seraikela, May 22: Administrative work is on at the district headquarters to connect three children with the Government of India’s sponsorship scheme. The three children belonged to the families of Brijesh Rana and Pinku Karji who were killed in a road accident on Saraikela-Chaibasa main road on May 17. Childline member Vikas Daroga and Child Welfare Committee chairman Rohit Mahto met the families of both accident victims at their residences and informed the family members and provided necessary information to connect the three children with the government’s scholarship scheme. The district authorities on their part had started all paperwork related to the scheme so that the three children did not miss out on the benefits of the government scheme.
